Alex Okafor was arrested in May, along with teammates Kenny Vaccarro and Barrett Matthews for failure to obey, a misdemeanor charge which was a result of their refusal to leave a restaurant after being told to do so by police. Okafor and company will not be suspended at all for the incident after charges were dropped.
