The loser of the Syracuse Orange - Pittsburgh Panthers game will be 5-7 and their season will be over. The winner will be 6-6 and will likely be playing in a bowl that takes places between December 17th and December 24th.

This was a huge win for our program. It proved that we could come back from adversity, and showed the mental toughness that Doug Marrone has instilled in this team. Our players could have easily rolled over and died, as many of our fans did, but instead they came out, and dominated the fourth quarter and gutted out the win.

"I’m taking what the defense gives me," Nassib said. "Sometimes I get a little too eager, a little too greedy and try to take those big shots and try to squeeze them in there. Knowing the way our system is and our offense is, we need completions, and most of the time I’m better off just checking it down or hitting the second or third read instead of forcing balls."

This year, Antwon Bailey isn't the alternative. He's the featured back. Couple him with Prince-Tyson Gulley, whom Dave Rahme says is even quicker than Bailey and it begs the question...just how Wildcat-y will the Orange be this season?
