How to watch Texans vs. Patriots online, TV schedule, radio and more

The Houston Texans hope to redeem themselves from their last outing in Foxboro, Mass. when they take on the New England Patriots in a playoff battle on Sunday. The two met at Gillette Stadium on Dec. 10 when the Patriots blew the Texans away, 42-14. Had Houston been able to win that game they would have ended up with the top seed in the AFC and had home-field advantage.

The Patriots won nine of their last 10 games, ended their regular season 12-4 and earned a first-round bye. The gameplan remained the same for the Patriots this season as it has been for years and they led the NFL in offense with 34.8 points per game. The New England rushing attack prospered this year as Stevan Ridley ran for 1,263 yards, but Tom Brady was the star of the team again as he threw for 4,827 yards with 34 touchdowns and eight interceptions. If Brady can lead the Patriots to a victory on Sunday, he'll move into sole possession of the most playoff wins of any starting quarterback in NFL history with 17.

Houston stumbled down the stretch, losing three of their final four regular season games to finish 12-4. Had they been able to win one of those games they would have been the No. 1 seed in the AFC, but as it finished they had to defeat the Cincinnati Bengals last week just to get here. Arian Foster and the Texans defense led Houston to their second playoff win in franchise history and they will need to star again on Sunday for the Texans to have a chance.
