Pittsburgh Steelers Vs. Miami Dolphins: Both Passers Score, Steelers Lead 17-16 At Half

Ben Roethlisberger found Mike Wallace for a 53-yard instant score, the QB’s second of the day. This score sort of follows the pattern established by our previous scoring bursts, with the touchdown coming one play after a Dolphins field goal. The only difference is the Steelers took the second score for themselves.

Chad Henne followed on the next drive with a 26-yard throw to Davone Bess, capping an impressive 80-yard drive.

Miami’s offense has found its stride, putting together 175 yards after being held to 26 until early the second quarter. Pittsburgh has eliminated the Dolphins’ running game, holding Ricky Williams to 20 yards, but Chad Henne has gone 12-of-20 for 153 yards.

Hines Ward leads all skill players with 93 yards and a touchdown.
