Read More: Tom Brady (QB - NEP), New England Patriots
The New England Patriots put up an incredible display of offense on Monday Night Football against the New York Jets as they scored a whopping 45 points. I can't imagine there was anyone in the world that saw that coming. As it usually is with a Patriots explosion, New England was lead by Tom Brady who completed nearly 75 percent of his passes for 326 yards and four touchdowns.
Brady and the Patriots were unstoppable on Monday night. For that, Brady has been nominated for NFL.com's FedEx Air Player of the Week along with New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees and Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers.
If there any doubts as to who the best QB in the league was, I think Tom Brady erased them. In the biggest game of the year he has arguably his best game of the year. Brady is a big-game player and proves time and time again that he's the best in the league.
Four receivers for the Patriots last night had at least 50 yards and three of them had a touchdown. Brady's having a heckuva year and he appears, at this time, to be near the top in MVP considerations.
Check out Pats Pulpit and SB Nation Boston for more on Brady's performance.
