The 2011 Super Bowl is set with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The Steelers beat the New York Jets in the AFC Championship game to get here while the Packers took down the Chicago Bears in the NFC Championship game.
The game will take place on February 6th at 6:30 p.m. (ET). It will be televised on FOX and the announcers will be Joe Buck and Troy Aikman. The location is Dallas, Texas at the home of the Dallas Cowboys. This will be the first Super Bowl in the Cowboys new stadium.
Green Bay ended the season at 10-6 and second in the NFC North which earned them the sixth seed in the NFC. They've won five consecutive games including three straight road playoff games. Pittsburgh ended the season at 12-4 and in first place in the AFC North which gave them the second seed in the AFC and a first round bye. The Steelers have won four consecutive games.
Early 2011 Super Bowl odds have the Packers as a 2.5 point favorite over the Steelers.
