When Michael Huff sealed the Oakland Raiders' victory with an interception in the end zone as time expired, head coach Hue Jackson was overcome with emotion. He carried that over to the locker room where he delivered a stirring postgame speech (video here).
Jackson told his players that losing Al Davis hurt him more than they knew, but Jackson also knew that Davis loved his players and his coaches. That's why "Al Davis had his hands on that ball," Jackson said, referring to the interception Huff had to end the game. The team kept of fighting despite all the problems they had, because "that is what Raiders do."
"There's nothing like winning," Jackson told his team, and we all know Davis was fond of the team motto, "Just win, baby."
