Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB LeGarrette Blount did not practice Wednesday as he recovers from a left knee injury he suffered at San Francisco last weekend. It remains unlikely he will play Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.
Blount accumulated only 34 yards on 10 carries before leaving the game with the injury in the third quarter.
Earnest Graham is expected to step into Blount's spot and Bucs QB Josh Freeman has high praise for the replacement.
"You guys know Earnest has done everything for us,'' quarterback Josh Freeman said. "Whether it's playing fullback, being the third down back and now this week he's going to get the majority of the reps, the majority of the carries. I mean, he's done it before...he's a guy we know can get it done.''
Graham's big season was 2007 when he rushed for 898 yards and 10 touchdowns.
