Michael Vick Injury: Eagles QB Leaves, Returns After Taking Shot To The Head

Michael Vick left the field in Washington after getting hit in the head while scrambling in the second half against the Redskins. He re-entered the game on the Eagles ensuing possession. The Eagles said Vick was not injured, but had to come off the field because he had dirt in his eye.

The Eagles quarterback has missed time this season with a concussion and hand injury. Vick was replaced by Vince Young, who was intercepted by DeAngelo Hall on his first pass attempt.

Vick was replaced by Vince Young, who the Eagles acquired this offseason as a free agent. Young had not taken a regular season snap with the Eagles this season. Young was flushed out of the pocket before making the errant pass. Earlier this season, Philadelphia
