Not so fast on the NFL trade deadline move made between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Detroit Lions that was supposed to send Ronnie Brown to the Motor City. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Lions running back Jerome Harrison, who was to be sent to Philadelphia along with a 2013 seventh-round draft pick, had health issues that caused the deal to fall through.
Brown was expected to secure the Lion's running back situation should Jahvid Best prove unable to play on Sunday. Best suffered his second concussion of the season over the weekend and was held out of Wednesday's practice.
For now Jerome Harrison is back to being the next option should Best be unable to play on Sunday. The Lions host the Atlanta Falcons.
