Coming off a 13-3 regular season record in 2010, the Falcons are hoping to contend for a Super Bowl. Those hopes have been tempered somewhat by the slow start, especially last week's 16-13 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Still, an offense featuring Matt Ryan, Roddy White, Julio Jones and Michael Turner should be one of the league's best, even if they haven't brought it every week quite yet.
The Seahawks made the playoffs last year, though with a 7-9 record no one is talking Super Bowl just yet. Still, last week's win over the Arizona Cardinals was encouraging, even if it wasn't exactly impressive. The offense struggled once again, racking up just 261 total yards behind another shaky performance from Tarvaris Jackson and mediocre output from the running game. The defense stepped up in big way, however, holding Arizona to 10 points and forcing two interceptions.
Atlanta will be the favorite in this game, though in front of raucous Seattle crowd it would be foolish to count the Seahawks out, especially now that they finally have some wind in their sails.
