It looks like the Steelers could really use linebacker James Farrior if they are going to have a chance this afternoon against the Texans. Farrior left the game in the first quarter with a "stinger," according to the Houston Texans official Twitter account. The good news for the Steelers is that Farrior is expected to return.
The Steelers defense struggled on the Texans first possession of the game, a methodical 11-minute drive in which running back Arian Foster carried the ball nine times for 41 yards. The drive led to a led to a touchdown and a 7-0 lead.
The Steelers run defense is allowing 85 yards a game, currently good for 23rd in the NFL. This season Farrior had 12 tackles and a sack through three game. Sunday, he already had two tackles in the first quarter.
