Michael Vick has so far been one of the more disappointing players during the young NFL season. But on Sunday he reminded everyone why he is still one of the league's most exciting players. Late in the first quarter of the Philadelphia Eagles' game against the San Francisco 49ers, Vick dodged what appeared to be a sure sack, created some space and found Clay Harbor in the back of the endzone.
Vick's fifth touchdown pass of the season gave the Eagles a 7-0 lead in a game that has to be considered a must-win. Considered one of the Super Bowl favorites at the start of the year, they have gotten off to a 1-2 start and are now facing a 49ers team that is off to a 2-1 start.
In the early going, Vick has been doing his part. The quarterback is 6 of 8 for 65 yards and that touchdown, although he did throw an interception on the Eagles' first possession.
