The Green Bay Packers' defense doesn't exactly look up to their defending champions status - save for a pick six that was gifted to Charles Woodson - but they're still up by a score of 28-17 on the Denver Broncos thanks to Aaron Rodgers and their offense. Rodgers' stats from the first half are absolutely ridiculous, and if he keeps up this pace his team won't really need to do much on the other side of the ball.
Rodgers is 18-23 for 259 yards and two touchdowns, with no interceptions. He's also been very effective at making plays with his feet on the rare occasion that he can't find anyone to throw to, rushing for 21 yards and a touchdown on five rushes. A good chunk of his passing yards came on two bombs, one to Greg Jennings and another to Jordy Nelson for a touchdown.
