The Pittsburgh Steelers had wide receiver Mike Wallace back at practice today. Wallace missed practice yesterday, and was limited today, according to the Steelers' official practice report.
Wallace is expected to play this weekend. The Steelers travel to Arizona to play the Cardinals. Wallace leads the Steelers with 33 receptions, 612 receiving yards and four touchdowns. He caught two passes for 76 yards and a touchdown last week in a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Averaging 102 yards per game, Wallace has been essential to the Steelers as well as fantasy football general managers this season. At his current pace, he would finish the season with more than 1,600 receiving yards and double digit touchdowns.

The Pittsburgh Steelers expect wide receiver Mike Wallace to play this weekend. Wallace missed Wednesday's practice with a hamstring issue, but a report from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette noted that Wallace was the most likely of the Steelers' walking wounded to see action this week. Pittsburgh travels to Arizona needing a win to keep pace with Cincinnati and Baltimore in the dead heat atop the AFC North.
Wallace is dealing with what the team is calling a "slight hamstring pull," which has left him a little sore. Wallace was active last week in the Steelers' win over the Jaguars, catching two passes for 76 yards and a touchdown.
Wallace is Pittsburgh's leading wide receiver with 33 catches for 612 yards and four touchdowns. He ranks fourth in the NFL for receiving yards, and is among the top ten in the league for catches and touchdowns.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Mike Wallace sat out a week seven practice on Wednesday due to a hamstring injury and is a bit spotty for week seven. Wallace did not leave Sunday's game against the Jaguars so it remains to be seen how serious the injury is. The Steelers leading receiver could simply get two or three days of rest to get it ready for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Wallace is off to the best start of his career and is looking to build on last year's breakout season in which he finished with 60 receptions, 1,257 yards and ten touchdowns. He is currently on pace to surpass his 2010 totals in all three categories and is emerging as one of the top wide receiver threats in the league.
For fantasy purposes, this Sunday's game against the Cardinals represents a fantasy gold mine as Arizona has one of the worst defenses in the NFL, and a particularly bad secondary. More than likely Wallace is limited this week and plays on Sunday, but if not Antonio Brown and Emmanuel Sanders could both find themselves battling for more targets opposite Hines Ward.
