The NFL world received some surprising news on Wednesday evening when it was reported that the trade between the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions that would send Ronnie Brown to Detroit has been voided. Brown lost his backup role to rookie Dion Lewis but will remain with the Eagles and resume his role as a reserve tailback, a team source said.
