It's a battle for the top of the AFC South as the Titans host the Texans. Which team can establish temporary supremacy in the division?
In a week of mostly forgettable games, we have at least one that can shape the standings in one division. At the moment, the Tennessee Titans lead the AFC South. Houston would like nothing more than to be in that position, taking advantage of a season with Peyton Manning sidelined. Injuries to Mario Williams and Andre Johnson may alter the fortunes of Gary Kubiak's team...and maybe Kubiak himself.
Peter King at SI.com predicts a Titans' win.
Gary Kubiak's 3-7 lifetime against the Titans, which has probably given owner Bob McNair enough pause over the last couple of years to wonder if he's the right man for the job. And falling to 3-4 on the season won't help Kubiak. He, McNair and the entire city of Houston know injuries aren't going to be an excuse this year. It's playoffs or bust for the Texans, with or without Mario Williams and Andre Johnson, and it won't help if they fall 1.5 games behind the division leaders here.
ESPN's panel is split evenly at four picks for each team. CBS' panel is split on picking a winner too.
