Sam Bradford Injury: Status In Question For Rams QB

Stay connected with SB Nation

The St. Louis Rams may be without Sam Bradford when they take on the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7. Bradford suffered a high ankle sprain last week against the Green Bay Packers but stayed in to finish the game. He hasn't practiced at all this week, including Friday, and has been wearing a protective boot on his ankle.

Bradford's status has been a topic of conflicting reports throughout the week. ESPN initially reported that Bradford was expected to play then backed off that suggestion later in the week. Bradford is firmly questionable at this point and he'll likely be a gametime decision.

If Bradford can't go, backup A.J. Feeley will take his place.

The 0-5 Rams are already double-digit underdogs so playing Feeley instead of Bradford will only make things worse. If Bradford can't play, it's another bad week for what is becoming a horrible season for the Rams.
