The 0-6 Indianapolis Colts are on in primetime again. This week, they face the New Orleans Saints on Sunday Night Football.
With apologies to Indianapolis Colts fans, this season is the best argument for season-long primetime flex scheduling that has ever existed. With Peyton Manning ready to lead the Colts into Super Bow contention, the Colts were scheduled for a seemingly infinite number of national broadcasts. As you all know, Manning is out for the season and we're now being made to endure Kerry Collins/Curtis Painter performances. Another one is on national television on Sunday, as they face the New Orleans Saints on Sunday Night Football.
And honestly, it should be a bit of a rout. The Saints are 2-0 at home and Drew Brees is putting up eye-popping numbers again. The Colts continue to lead the Andrew Luck Sweepstakes at 0-6. This one could get a bit ugly.
