NFL Scores Week 7: Steelers Vs. Cardinals, Roethlisberger Tosses Three Touchdowns For The Win

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw three touchdown passes as his team moved to 5-2 with a road win over the Arizona Cardinals.

If you thought a line that favored the Pittsburgh Steelers over the Arizona Cardinals looked a little off, you were not the only one. Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethliesberger must have been equally befuddled by the spread  the oddsmakers gave his team for their game this week against the Arizona Cardinals. Roethlisberger completed 25 of 38 passing attempts for 340 yards and three touchdowns as the Steelers walked past the Cardinals by a final score of 32-20.

After being named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week last week, it was a relatively quiet day for Pittsburgh running back Rashard Mendenhall. He finished the game with just 32 yards on 13 carries. The Steelers defense added to the scoring with a safety on a Kevin Kolb penalty in the end zone.

Cardinals' quarterback Kevin Kolb finished the game with 272 passing yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He was sacked twice by Steelers linebacker LaMar Woodley. Larry Fitzgerald had four catches for 78 yards. Early Doucet and LaRod Stephens-Howling scored the Cardinals' only touchdowns.

Arizona running back Beanie Wells left the game with a sprained knee.

The schedule gets even tougher for the Cardinals next week, as they continue their run through the AFC North with a trip to Baltimore.

Pittsburgh hosts New England in what could be an AFC Championship preview.
