The Pittsburgh Steelers host the New England Patriots, who are road favorites this week. However, the line is small, which means the odds makers believe this will be a close game.
After a rough start to the season, the Pittsburgh Steelers are on a three-game winning streak and atop the AFC North standings. However, those three wins came against the Tennessee Titans, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Arizona Cardinals--hardly the best in the league. But they will go up against the New England Patriots this week. The Steelers will be home underdogs, according to Odds Shark.
The Patriots are also on a three-game winning streak and opened as just 1-1/2 point favorites. However, it has moved to 2-1/2 and 3 points on other lines. The over/under for the game is 52 points, which might be hard to overcome. The Patriots do have a leaky secondary, worst in the league, but then they've often outpaced their opponents late into the game. The Steelers, meanwhile, have the top pass defense and could stop Tom Brady. It's Tom Brady vs. Ben Roethlisberger: who comes out on top?
