Seahawks quarterback Tavaris Jackson headed to the locker room during Sunday's battle vs. the Giants with an apparent shoulder injury. His return is questionable, according to the Seahawks.
Jackson appeared to hurt his right shoulder, which is his throwing shoulder. Before he left the field, Jackson had completed 15 of 22 passes for 166 yards and a touchdown. He also tossed an interception. Jackson has been replaced by Charlie Whitehurst.
Jackson is in his first season starting for the Seahawks after coming over from Minnesota. He's been fairly average, with a quarterback rating of 80.0. If Seattle is going to pull off the upset against the Giants, they'll have to do it with their backup quarterback at the helm.
