The Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys are trying to find consistency in their seasons as they enter their matchup in Week 10. The Bills have gone 2-3 since opening the season 3-0, and now find themselves in a three-way tie for first place in the AFC East and are hoping from more consistency in their passing game. The Cowboys are 4-4 despite fielding one of the more talented rosters in the NFL. That's why our good buddies at Odds Shark have the Bills as 4.5-point favorites on the road
Fred Jackson has led the Bills to nearly all of their offensive success. They have a defense that is the best in the league at creating turnovers, and quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has been a capable steward of head coach Chan Gailey's game plan, but the team essentially goes as Jackson goes. In Week 9 against the Jets, he was largely bottled up, and the Bills were dropped handily by the New York Jets.
The Cowboys have turned into a team that's built its record against weak foes — they've beaten the Rams, Seahawks and Redskins, and their Week 2 victory against the 49ers is looking more and more like an outlier — that can't close out on high-quality opponents. They will be without No. 1 wide receiver Miles Austin again, but desperately ned to beat the Bills to keep pace with the Giants in their divison.
