San Diego Chargers starting left tackle Marcus McNeill just went down with an apparent head injury, that could be a concussion. McNeill was pulling on a play, took on his blocker and took a helmet to the head then slammed the back of his head on the ground as he fell.

Oakland Raiders outside linebacker Aaron Curry blitz from the edge on a running play that had McNeill pulling from his left tackle position. Curry took on McNeill, getting under him and their helmets collided. McNeill went down almost immediately and his head slammed against the ground. McNeill was down for quite a while and wound up being carted off the field. McNeill is a big loss for a Chargers team that has had issues passing the football.
