The Chicago Bears will look for revenge as they host the last team to beat them, the Detroit Lions.
The Chicago Bears haven't lost in a month, winning three games in a row. Their last loss coincidentally enough, was when the Bears were dropped by the Detroit Lions 24-13 on Monday Night Football. Since that game, the Bears have replaced their two starting safeties who were partly responsible for giving up huge plays to wide receiver Calvin Johnson and running back Jahvid Best. Quarterback Jay Cutler's protection has also improved dramatically, which has allowed him to show just how good he can be given time.
The Lions, unlike the Bears, have lost two of their last three after beating the Bears on Monday night. The Lions righted the ship to to speak against the Denver Broncos two weeks ago right before their bye week, 45-10. The Lions rushing attack has suffered with the loss of Jahvid Best with a concussion, and Best was one of the primary weapons against the Bears in the last match up. The Bears offense has flowed much better since the last meet, so the game will depend on how much the Lions defense can harass Jay Cutler.
