VIDEO: Tim Tebow Completes A Pass (With Evidence!)

Stay connected with SB Nation

Our Sunday afternoon national nightmare/schadenfreude is over: Tim Tebow has completed a pass attempt.

Tebow's completion-less streak lasted deep into the third quarter, but the Broncos quarterback finally found a receiver, Matt Willis, for a 13-yard gain with less than four minutes left in the third quarter.

Prior to that connection, Tebow's last completed pass came with 6:38 left in the third quarter last week against Oakland. That's ... so long.

So after several unsuccessful shots down the field, how did Tebow complete a pass? Well:

That's just a real bummer. I mean, look:

Despite the inability (or unwillingness?) to pass the football, the Broncos took a lead into the fourth quarter against the Chiefs. Running back Lance Ball has rushed 19 times for 64 yards with Willis McGahee and Knowshon Moreno sidelined because of injury.

Tebow has rushed eight times for 44 yards, including a touchdown.
