Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has two fumbles in an NFC North battle against the Detroit Lions. His last fumble late in the second quarter caused a slight delay as officials had to defer to the video review team to determine whether or not it was an incomplete pass or a fumble. It was eventually ruled a fumble, which Chicago was fortunate enough to get back thanks to everyone else on the field thinking it was an incomplete pass.

Cutler actually batted the ball forward after Avril forced the fumble on the sack. The Bears missed a field goal a few plays later before packing it in for the locker room.
Chicago leads Detroit by a score of 20-6 to start the third quarter. Cutler has 123 passing yards on nine completions in 16 attempts. Matt Forte has Chicago’s lone offensive touchdown, but Devin Hester has been more than helpful on special teams.
