The Vikings and Packers played a relatively close game the first time these teams met during the 2011 NFL season. Apparently Aaron Rodgers does not care to do that again on Monday Night Football.
The presumptive NFL MVP (yup, it's already been decided) led an 11-play, 70-yard drive that culminated with a 24-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Greg Jennings to put the Packers up by a score of 14-0 in the first quarter against Minnesota. Yup, it's just that easy.
Rodgers has completed five of his first six passes for 62 yards and a touchdown. Hey, not bad.
Here's video of the pass:
Yikes. This could get ugly fast if the Vikings cannot stop the Packers. And from the look of it so far, they cannot.
