Tyler Palko will make his first career start when he leads the Kansas City Chiefs onto the field at Gillette Stadium against the New England Patriots. Can he deliver a most unlikely upset?
The Kansas City Chiefs are in a bad place heading into this week's matchup against the New England Patriots. Kansas City is struggling heading into a difficult matchup, and will be without quarterback Matt Cassel after a hand injury sidelined him for this week and potentially for the rest of the season. The Chiefs will now turn to untested Tyler Palko, who hasn't started an NFL game in his career. He'll make his first start at Gillette Stadium against the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football.
Odds Shark opened the line at 14-1/2 points in favor of the Patriots and others have since moved it to 16 points. It's highly probably Tom Brady will be able to pick apart the Chiefs secondary while his defense smothers Palko. Still, the over/under opened at 48 points and moved to 46-1/2 points a short time later. It might be hard for the Patriots to do that all by themselves.
