The Denver Broncos in the mid fourth quarter started their drive backed up on the five yard line. On the first play, the New York Jets nearly got a safety on a wide receiver screen to Eddie Royal, but safety Jim Leonard whiffed on the tackle and Royal picked up 8 yards. Quarterback Tim Tebow then picked up 15-yards on a scramble and the Broncos offense got rolling. On a combination of short passes and read option plays, the Broncos worked their way down to the Jets 20-yard line.
We all know what happens next right?
On third-and-4 the Jets called an all out blitz, knowing Tim Tebow would keep the football in his hands. Tebow took the ball off the left tackle to some wide open field and ran 20 yards to the endzone to give the Broncos with a 17-13 lead with just under a minute left.
