NFL Scores Week 11, Bills Vs. Dolphins: Miami Beats Down Buffalo, 35-8

Since starting the season 0-7, the Miami Dolphins have shown surprising signs of life. And they earned their third straight win on Sunday by thrashing the Buffalo Bills, 35-8, and leaving their AFC East brethren's playoff chances on life support.

Matt Moore threw for 160 yards and three touchdowns in the victory, and Reggie Bush contributed another touchdown on the ground. The Dolphins led 28-3 and 35-6, and scored 28 straight points after allowing an opening field goal.

The Bills, meanwhile, are returning to earth after a hot start to the season. Ryan Fitzpatrick threw two interceptions in the loss, and Fred Jackson's 17 rushing yards on the game were a season low.

The win pushes Miami to 3-7 on the season. Buffalo falls to 5-5 with the loss.

Update

VIDEO: Dolphins Block Punt, Continue To Dominate Bills

The Dolphins are following up their dominant first half with more destruction of the Bills in the second half on Sunday. The games events turned embarrassing when the Bills allowed Miami to block a punt and recover it in their own end zone for a touchdown.

Here's video of the block. Note the ridiculous blown assignment that led to Miami coming free with a direct line at the punter, Brian Moorman.

This is bad, Buffalo. This is really bad.

The Bills started the season 3-0, then 4-1, but have fallen off since then. This blowout at the hands of AFC East doormat Miami is a new nadir for the year.

As ProFootballTalk's Gregg Rosenthal put it on Twitter: "Bills fans deserve better."

Update

Bills Vs. Dolphins: Matt Moore, Miami Explode On Offense

Break up the Dolphins. Miami has won two straight games and Matt Moore and the Dolphins offense have jumped all over the Bills on Sunday, leading by a score of 28-3 at the half.

After Buffalo field goal, the Dolphins scored 28 straight points to take a commanding lead. Moore has as many touchdown passes as incompletions (three) for a near-perfect QB rating.

How unusually impressive has this Dolphins offense been? The Palm Beach Post's Benjamin Volin brings the stats: "Dolphins TDs in the first half today: 4. Dolphins TDs in Weeks 2-7 combined: 4."

Reggie Bush has continued his resurgence, snagging a rushing touchdown despite an unimpressive 23 yards on eight carries.

The Dolphins offense had some help from Buffalo, turning two Bills turnovers into 14 points.

Update

Donald Jones Injury: Bills WR Leaves With Ankle

Donald Jones suffered an ankle injury in the first half vs. the Dolphins and was carted off the field. The Bills receivers is out for the rest of the game, according to Buffalo's official team Twitter account.

Bills wide receiver David Nelson also came off the field with an apparent injury after a ball bounced off his hands, turning into a Miami interception.

It's injury to insult for the Bills, who continue to see the wagons fall off their season, losing a blowout to the Dolphins.

This just adds to the Bills list of problems at wide receiver, where Stevie Johnson is already banged up with a shoulder injury that held him out of practice last week.

Jones is coming off one of his best games this season, catching six passes for 51 yards against the Cowboys in Week 10.

Bills Vs. Dolphins: TV Schedule, Game Time Announcers And More

After losing their first seven games, the Miami Dolphins have now rattled off two wins in a row. Dolphins quarterback Matt Moore has played extremely well in the past two victories, completing at least 69% of his passes and thrown for 453 yards with 3 touchdowns and only 1 interception. On the back of an offense that is putting up points, the Dolphins defense has allowed just a combined 12 points in the past two games. The Dolphins will be looking to make it three in a row while also picking up their first AFC East win of the season.

The Buffalo Bills on the other hand have lost three of their last four after starting the season 4-1. The Bills are coming off a loss to the Dallas Cowboys where they were pounded to the tune of 44-7. Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who was recently given a long-term contract, struggled against the Cowboys defense throwing three interceptions. In the past two games, Fitzpatrick has thrown a total of 5 interceptions. Meanwhile the Bills defense gave up three quick touchdown passes by Tony Romo. The Bills will be looking to regroup, as they're still not out of the AFC East race.

NFL Picks And Predictions Week 11: Bills Vs. Dolphins

The Buffalo Bills desperately need a win after dropping their last two games, including a lopsided blowout in Dallas. Ryan Fitzpatrick could certainly use it himself, deflecting some of the media's guffaws about the Bills' skid in the wake of his contract extension. A trip to Miami should be just what the doctor ordered, but it could also be a trap, as the red hot Dolphins are coming off two straight wins.

So which team are the experts predicting to win this one?

Vinnie Iyer at the Sporting News picks the Dolphins.

The Bills are in a slump with Ryan Fitzpatrick facing constant pressure. He'll face plenty of heat from Cameron Wake this week, and his opportunities will be limited as the Dolphins will have great success pounding Bush and rookie Daniel Thomas in a ball-control attack. Don't look now, but the home team is about to pull off its third consecutive victory.

Peter King goes with the Bills in this one, but notes that this might be the most difficult game to peg for week 11. Pete Prisco goes with the Phins. ESPN's panel mostly sides with the Bills. CBS' panel is split.

NFL Odds And Lines Week 11: Bills Vs. Dolphins

The Buffalo Bills will meet the Miami Dolphins in Florida this weekend for a clash of the bottom two teams in the AFC East. The Bills could move into second place in the division with a victory, however -- something the Week 11 NFL odds are predicting for the team quarterbacked by Ryan Fitzpatrick.

The Bills are only slight favorites on the road in Florida, however, as the opening line had them winning by just two points. The line has actually dropped by one point on quite a few sites, as shown in Odds Maker's database, as Vegas apparently figures last week's 37-point loss to the Dallas Cowboys is what to expect going forward from Buffalo.

The over-under on the game has remained steady at an even 43 points. Considering the Bills' point total has gone over eight of the past 10 games and Miami's gone under in their past five games, however, it's difficult to assume what might happen this week.
