The New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles are squaring off on Sunday Night Football this week as Eli Manning looks to eliminate the Michael Vick-less Eagles from playoff contention. There haven't been any scores quite yet, but the teams traded punts and interceptions to start the game before a bit of a brawl broke out.
On the Eagles second drive of the game, Vince Young -- starting in place of the injured Vick -- had a streaking DeSean Jackson running down the sideline behind New York Giants rookie cornerback Prince Amukamara. Young was apparently rusty, however, as he underthrew Jackson and allowed Amukamara to pick up an interception in his first game as a professional.
Not long after that interception, Manning returned the favor with an interception of his own. While he was lightly pursuing the return, the Eagles took a bit of a cheap shot on the quarterback.
It didn't result in a penalty flag, but the aftermath included a bit of a brawl as the Giants and Eagles decided to defend their teammates.
