We here at SB Nation are not famous for our love of Nickelback, so no, we will not subject you to a video of Nickelback's actual performance during halftime. Rather, we will give you the reaction of the crowd at Ford Field when Nickelback was announced and after they performed. The best way to describe this is a "mixed reaction," but the people near the microphone were cheering, while the stadium on the whole seems to be booing as a collective. That's not a surprise, considering there was a petition signed by more than 50,000 people to stop them from performing.
Check out the video after the jump.
Well done, Detroit, well done.
