While leading NFL analysts have the New England Patriots as the favorite over the Philadelphia Eagles, a number of them are still sticking with Philly
The Philadelphia Eagles are 4-6 and Michael Vick is questionable. The New England Patriots are 7-3 and they're coming off of a complete beatdown of the Kansas City Chiefs. And yet, NFL analysts continue to believe in the Eagles to win big games on a consistent basis. They kept their playoff hopes alive with a huge win over the New York Giants last week, but they'll have to keep winning to pass the Giants and the Dallas Cowboys for the division lead.
Peter King is picking the Patriots to win the game, but only by three points. The analysts at CBS are divided, with two out of their five analysts picking the Eagles to pull off the upset. ESPN has a bit more of a consensus, but still had two of their eight analysts pick the Eagles. Despite their terrible home record and Michael Vick's unknown status, some still continue to believe in the Dream Team.
