A.J. Green, sidelined since Nov. 13 with a hyperextended knee, may return this week against the Cleveland Browns. The rookie wide receiver was limited in practice on Wednesday, but the Bengals listed him as a full participant in Thursday's practice on the team's official injury report.
As Joe Reedy notes on Cincinnati.com, Green was held to a single catch when the Bengals defeated the Browns 27-17 in the season opener -- but that catch was a 41-yard touchdown. Green will likely draw coverage from Cleveland's second-year cornerback Joe Haden, whose personal rivalry with Green dates back to their days in the SEC.
The Bengals can't get Green back soon enough. Their five-game win streak was snapped by the Steelers in Week 10 when Green left early, and they lost again in Week 11 to the Ravens. They're now in third place in the AFC North, trailing Baltimore and Pittsburgh, respectively.
