Mark Sanchez is alive and well. Or at least he's alive. The Jets quarterback was far from perfect on Sunday, but did throw for four touchdowns, accounting for all of the Jets scores in a 28-24 win against the Bills in a pivotal AFC East Week 12 game.
Sanchez finished the game 17-of-35 on his pass attempts for 180 yards. He spread the ball around to six receivers and Santonio Holmes, Plaxico Burress and Dustin Keller each caught at least one touchdown pass.
Stevie Johnson was the big story for the Bills. Buffalo's wide receiver went after Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis for eight catches, 75 yards and a touchdown. But it was his TD celebration that sent shockwaves around the Internet after Johnson mocked Plaxico Burress, who accidentally shot himself in the leg three years ago.
The win improves the Jets to 6-5, keeping their postseason hopes alive. The Bills fall below .500 at 5-6.
