Steelers Vs. Chiefs Score: Kansas City Settles For A Field Goal

Stay connected with SB Nation

The NBC broadcast crew alerted its viewing audience to the fact that the Kansas City Chiefs began the last drive, from their own eight-yard line, that the team was 0-for-41 when it came to scoring a touchdown when starting inside their own 20-yard line. Tyler Palko's team is now 0-for-42, but the Chiefs were able to knock a field goal through to make the score 13-9 in favor of Pittsburgh.

Palko completed all four of his passing attempts on the drive, improving his night to 12-of-19 for 134 yards, but the drive eventually stalled and the Chiefs ended up with a field goal. Since field goals aren't all that exciting, however, we've included the play below -- a nifty little pass-and-catch that will probably end up as the Chiefs longest play from scrimmage on the night.
