NFL Picks And Predictions Week 9: Packers Vs. Chargers

The San Diego Chargers will try to become the first team to beat the Green Bay Packers this season. A few experts think they can do it.

Rested and ready to resume their dominance of the NFL, the Green Bay Packers head for sunny San Diego this week. Can anyone defeat the undefeated? San Diego, coming off a prime time loss to the Chiefs in which Norv Turner's team lost the lead in the AFC West, will give it a try this week. Do the experts give them a chance of pulling off the upset?

Peter King does. In fact, he predicts a narrow Chargers win in his picks for week 9 in the NFL.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, the Chargers find a way to steal one from the last unbeaten team in football. My reasoning: San Diego will run the ball well and hold Aaron Rodgers to eight or nine possessions. In the last four games, the Pack has allowed 138 rushing yards per game, and the Chargers have rushed for 130 yards a game. Mike Tolbert, this is your moment.

King isn't a lone wolf on this one either. Mike Freeman, one of the panel members at CBS, picks the upset. ESPN's panel features a lone holdout too.
