Tom Brady let down his New England Patriots teammates as well as his fantasy owners in their loss on Sunday to the New York Giants. Brady threw for 342 yards and two touchdowns, which is great, but also threw two interceptions and lost a fumble as Eli Manning led the Giants to the comeback victory.
There's not much that can slow down Tom Brady in a fantasy matchup, and facing the Giants' suspect pass defense, fantasy football's second-best signal-caller wasn't expected to take his foot off the gas at all.
Coming off a Week 8 loss to the Steelers, the notoriously fiery Brady was ready to bounce back in a huge way against the Giants. His fantasy owners expected big things from him. Brady averaged more than 300 yards and almost three touchdowns through his first seven games.
