The Redskins allowed John Beck to throw the ball 47 times on Sunday, presumably because they believe he is Tom Brady or something. Beck managed to spin 254 yards and a touchdown out of those attempts, finally finding the end zone on Washington's final possession of the game. Still, not much to see here. These are not stats that are going to win a fantasy football championship for anyone.
If you're a fantasy owner and starting John Beck, you're probably not a happy camper in general. You should try fantasy hockey, maybe. If you're dead set on football however, please avoid John Beck, for your own sake. The Redskins' second choice at quarterback in the beginning of the season (he lost out to Rex Grossman), Beck has shown a capability to run, but also the wherewithal necessary to quarterback Mike Shanahan's first career shutout. Like I said, try hockey, guy.
