Larry Fitzgerald was dealing with John Skelton as his quarterback on Sunday as regular starter Kevin Kolb was out due to injury, but the Arizona Cardinals running back was able to deliver regardless in an overtime win over the St. Louis Rams. Fitzgerald scored his team's only offensive touchdown, despite catching just four passes for 43 yards, as he continues to be a a solidly unspectacular option in fantasy football.
Fitzgerald had 603 receiving yard on the season with 2 receiving touchdowns entering Week 9. Fitzgerald was averaging 86 yards receiving per game. Fitzgerald's receiving yards per game were up nearly 15 yards per game from last season.
Fitzgerald was ranked as the 9th ranked wide receiver according to Yahoo! heading into his match up with the St. Louis Rams who rank 15th against the pass, giving up 227 passing yards per game.
