Jordy Nelson's been one of the big scorers in the Packers' deep receiving corps this year. With another 105 receiving yards and a touchdown from Aaron Rodgers in Week 9, he's establishing himself as a must-start player.
Nelson had 465 receiving yards on the season with four receiving touchdowns entering Week 9, then helped Rodgers shred San Diego's secondary in a 45-38 win. Nelson was averaging 66 yards receiving per game, an improvement of more than 30 yards per game on his 2010 numbers.
Nelson was the 29th-ranked wide receiver according to Yahoo! heading into his match-up with the Chargers, who ranked fourth against the pass, giving up 186 passing yards per game. But having Aaron Rodgers throwing you passes is a good way to make up for what seemed like unfavorable circumstances.
