Reggie Wayne is just like all Colts receivers. He is in the Colts offense. He has to catch the ball from Curtis Painter. He is not going to put up good stats for your fantasy football team.
This was the case again on Sunday when Wayne caught four passes for 30 yards and zero touchdowns. It is not a good idea to own Colts players in fantasy football.
Wayne had 487 receiving yard on the season with 1 receiving touchdown entering Week 9. Wayne was averaging 61 yards receiving per game. Wayne's receiving yards per game were down nearly 20 yards per game from last season.
Wayne was ranked as the 33rd ranked wide receiver according to Yahoo! heading into his match up with the Atlanta Falcons who rank 23rd against the pass, giving up 266 passing yards per game.
