Michael Crabtree didn't do a whole lot for fantasy owners in Week 9 of the NFL season. The 49ers receiver caught five passes but he amassed just 51 yards and did not get in the end zone. Of course, playing with Alex Smith at quarterback is not the best thing for any fantasy player. The 49ers only scored one touchdown in a 19-11 win against the Redskins.
Crabtree had 263 receiving yard on the season with one receiving touchdowns entering Week 9. Crabtree was averaging 44 yards receiving per game. Crabtree's receiving yards per game were down nearly 5 yards per game from last season.
Crabtree was ranked as the 26th ranked wide receiver according to Yahoo! heading into his match up with the Washington Redskins who rank 12th against the pass, giving up 223 passing yards per game.
