Patriots linebacker Brandon Spikes left New England's Week 9 game against the Giants with a knee injury, according to ESPN New York's Jane McManus. His return is questionable.
Spikes sustained the injury on a goal line play in which he and Patriots defensive back Kyle Arrington collided while breaking up a pass. Spikes landed awkwardly and briefly remained on the turf before heading to the sideline.
Spikes has dealt with ankle injuries since his collegiate career at Florida, but he hasn't had any documented knee problems.
