Eagles Vs. Bears: Michael Vick Picked Off, Bears Add Field Goal

Stay connected with SB Nation

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was picked off by Chicago Bears safety Michael Wright just as the Eagles got into the red zone. Wright returned the interception 18 yards and the Bears offense got rolling.

The Bears drive looked like it was going to stall after wide receiver Earl Bennett was flagged for offensive pass interference after picking up the first down, putting the Bears in third-and-16. Bennett made up for the foul however, as on the very next play Jay Cutler went right back to his former college teammate and picked up 26-yards for the first down. Cutler fumbled on the next play, losing yardage and the Bears drive stalled out. Robbie Gould lined up for a 51-yard field goal and drilled it.

The Bears increase their lead to 10-0 after the Vick interception.
