The Cowboys head to University of Phoenix stadium to try to extend their lead in the NFC East and to win their fifth straight game.

The way people were talking about the Dallas Cowboys early in the season, you would have thought they were one of the worst teams in the league. In Week 13 in this topsy-turvy world, however, the Cowboys are leading the NFC East and have turned into a team that's reliably beaten inferior opponents. Enter the Arizona Cardinals, who might be 2-9 if it weren't for punt returner extraordinaire Patrick Peterson. That's why our buddies at Odds Shark have the Cowboys as 5.5-point favorites.

The Cowboys have won four straight and five of their last six games, led by the emergence of rookie running back DeMarco Murray and Tony Romo's steady (stop laughing) hand at quarterback. With a formidable pass rush, keyed by DeMarcus Ware, they're rolling, and against either John Skelton or a rusty Kevin Kolb, expect that to continue. Oddsmakers certainly do.
