The Chicago Bears limp into Mile High to take on the hot Denver Broncos led by quarterback Tim Tebow.
The Chicago Bears head into Mile High to take on the Denver Broncos, still without an injured Jay Cutler. The offense will once again be led by back up quarterback Caleb Hanie, who has struggled the past two weeks as the Bears have lost two in a row. "I've just got to do a better job getting us in the right position and getting the ball to our guys," said Hanie. Not only will the Bears be without Cutler, but they will also be without star running back Matt Forte who injured his MCL last week against the Chiefs.
The Broncos on the other hand are riding a five game winning streak, but the past four games have all been by a touchdown or less and been late rallys to win the game. "I know I have been saying this for the past couple weeks but I'm so proud to have a team like this," Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow said."When adversity hits and you're not doing good, most teams pull apart and they're not on the same page anymore. But our team grows closer together." Up until the 32 point outburst by the Minnesota Vikings last week, it has been the Denver defense that has kept the games close enough to the point that late game heroics are even possible. Both teams are still in the playoff race and a win could go a long, long way.
