Tom Brady and offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien exchanged some pleasantries following an end zone interception thrown by the Patriots' quarterback. Brady took wide receiver Tiquan Underwood to task. O'Brien found plenty to criticize his quarterback for on the same end zone pick.
Hilarity ensued.
The spat required intervention, and even Belichick himself stepped in to put the fire out. Brady walked it back after the game, telling the media he deserved it, according to Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald.
I deserved it. Probably a long line of coaches and players pissed at me.
Both Brady and O'Brien continued to make up for the little spat, no doubt frightened by the though of their head coach having to discuss it all week, something you can be sure he would relish. They were seen sitting together following the incident and even hugged it out on the sidelines.
I'm not sure, but it looks like he's saying something to the effect of "are you married to a model?" Here's the full video of the exchange:
