Cowboys Vs. Buccaneers Score: Dez Bryant Puts Dallas On Top 14-0

Stay connected with SB Nation

Things aren't going so well for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday Night Football. The Dallas Cowboys, however, are doing just what they need to in an effort to stay in the NFL playoff race after two-straight losses in heart-breaking fashion. The Cowboys need a win on Saturday to put some kind of pressure on the New York Giants, and are well on their way.

The Cowboys scored on each of their first two drives, heading into the second quarter with a 14-0 lead. Tony Romo scrambled around and found Miles Austin to put the Cowboys on top 7-0, then led Dallas down the field and into the red zone on the team's second possession.

From inside the 10, Romo hit Dez Bryant, who found himself wide open in the back of the end zone, for the touchdown, and the Cowboys took a two touchdown lead.
